Our interpreters are not only experts in the subject matter for insurance assignment interpretation, but also are extremely sensitive to the confidentiality and impartiality of the information they are transmitting. ATP interpreters are screened for their bilingual skills and their knowledge of appropriate code of behavior. Our network of interpreters have collectively worked on hundreds of thousands of insurance assignments in venues throughout North America and overseas. Moreover, through our international network of approximately 5000 supplementary team members and affiliates, ATP is able to provide interpreters to any location around the world. In addition to interpreters that appear on location, ATP is able to provide three way party conference calls or VTC (Video Telephone Conference) for recorded statements and Worker Compensation inquiries that are administered remotely. |
